2024 Elmhurst Bears Spring Training

The Elmhurst Bears are offering spring training camp for all registered and prospective Bears families. We will hold (3) training dates: 04/28, 05/05, 05/19. The fee for all three dates is $40.

The focus of the Spring Training will be to sharpen our football skills: blocking, form tackling, pursuit tackling, passing, running, catching, alignment, assignment in a competitive non-contact environment. We will also focus on improving speed, agility and strength of our athletes.

The trainings will be broken up into (2) groups; 6u-10u (3-4pm) and 11u-13u (4-5pm)
